About the Publisher

Two guys with extensive experience in publishing, editing, and SEO got together one afternoon and decided there were people out there with stories to tell but who needed help to bring them into the worldJerry Mooney and Troy Lambert hammered the idea of helping others into establishing a publishing company that could offer innovative options and more than one path to publication for authors using modern technology, multimedia promotions, and the power of print on demand publishing.

Several months into the project, their company, Unbound Publishing, LLC of Idaho was contacted by Rick Mayston of Agent Fox Media, London. He proposed joining forces in a new venture to offer authors in the UK an alternative to the expense and risk of set print by applying the use of modern technology, multimedia promotions and multiple platforms beyond the book. These include gallery exhibitions, art, photos, music, and media appearances.

As a part of our partnership we are able to offer unique promotional opportunities including the Agent Fox Media YouTube program In the Fox’s Den.” Not only is this a great media asset for authors, but it’s shared across all social media platforms and distributed worldwide. This helps these great authors get the attention they deserve.

What started with a shared vision and a belief that authors deserve better brings us where we are today. The collaborative, post-Brexit, trans-Atlantic partnership formed in the middle of a global pandemic aims to give authors a voice, storytellers a chance to shine, and all under a hybrid, print on demand model that operates with a new kind of efficiency. Print on demand and modern tools enable us to produce products of the same or higher quality than publishers with set print runs are able to or willing to do. This makes books and media more profitable for both the publisher and the author.

The team includes Rick and Beverley Mayston of Agent Fox Media, LondonJerry Mooney and Troy Lambert are the co-founders of Unbound Publishing, LLC of Idaho, United States. We also thank our cover designer, Mick Mamuzelos, our editors Dana Long and Jon Olsen, proofreaders, formatters, and other members of both teams too countless to name here

The Running Blueprint

Change your thinking about running.

Is running really harmful to your joints? Do you suffer from common running injuries and wonder why? You can avoid things like

– Shin splints

– Joint pain

– Muscle strains

– Foot pain

And it’s not just by changing your shoes, or getting better arch supports or insoles.

The advice doesn’t come from just anyone.

Dr. Kevin Vandi has written this book on data he’s analyzed from runners he’s worked with all over the world. He’s a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a leader in integrating advanced biomechanical analysis and feedback into clinical practice.

His goal is that you use this system to help you run faster, run longer, and run pain-free at any age.

Running is a skill to be mastered, just like any other skill.

Yes, you can alter your running form. There are skills you can learn that will make you a better runner, less prone to injury, and that will keep you running for years to come. You’ll learn about:

– Running form.

– Propper landing.

– Proper knee and joint control.

– And how your muscles work during running.

But that’s not all. This is not just a book with a bunch of technical jargon about how running works.

The Running Blueprint offers practical solutions.

The Running Blueprint includes exercises you can start right now to help change and improve your running form. You won’t be a perfect runner right away. Making new habits and breaking old ones takes time and practice.

If you follow the program and stick with it, you’ll be a new runner in no time at all. And the best news is, you can master the skill of running at any age. The Running Blueprint will show you how.
